Rocsi is finally breaking her silence since announcing that Webbie had been banned from both 106 and park, and B.E.T. altogether, back in October. Webbie had been a guest judge on Freestyle Friday, and without warning, it was announced that he would not be allowed back, although the reason for such a harsh decision was not disclosed. A month later, Rocsi is finally speaking out.

"I think that any light...in any light that a woman feels that she was disrespected--and I have thick skin, but when you're at your job, and somebody sexually harasses you in a manner that is very vulgar and disgusting, you know...I have no shame of sticking up for myself in telling you that you're improper right now, I'm at work, we're in a set, there's children around us you know...you're really out of line right now. And um, I think that people should more-so applaud a woman sticking up for herself, and the people around her sticking up for herself, than allowing that kind of behavior to happen, and I think that we allow that behavior to happen too much in our society, and we don't put light on people being inappropriate- and it's ok ladies to speak up and say no, I don't like to be spoken to in that manner, you know, and I respect myself, and I respect others, and I treated him with--I was a fan, I still am a fan, cause I'm from New Orleans, I'm from Louisiana, he's from Baton Rouge, I love his music, I have bounced with it, the best with em you know? But...to have somebody you really...were a genuine fan of to turn around--and I understand maybe there was some type of...little crush or...but you still--there's a whole manner in which you speak to people, and he disrespected me, and I--Terrance stood up for me, I stood up for myself, and the network would not allow anybody to come and disrespect their host in that manner, and it had to have been severe enough for it to--it wasn't like a just a blow up situation, it was really inappropriate, and it's really sad, and...I just hope that um...he just understands it, you know, and um, it's never been an apology, it's just been like, more of an upsetting incident from...he can't be on B.E.T no more, where's it's not been like, I'm sorry.

But his management and everybody have been super duper nice, and they reached out to me, and they apologized, and I--I think that they've had problems with him before...um, I think if you youtube him, you can see other...other interviews where he's been very very inappropriate, I was actually--I got a short end of the stick where some other women have...have gotten from him which is really really...really sad" .

This is the reason I refuse to support this man, his music, or anything he stands for. I cannot, and will not stand for any type disrespect, especially coming from a male to a female. Girls! And i'm especially talking to my young ones out there! It is NEVER ok for any dude to disrespect you! EVER! A lot of girls in this society forget how much their really worth, and it's sad. Please stop allowing dudes to treat you any type of way because they know they can. You all deserve respect, and you have a right to demand it. Know this. Post by @tiffan700

Bow Wow - Dont Worry About Me

_That was apparently Miley Cyrus' anthem this year as she celebrated her 19th birthday a few days ago, thrown by good friend Kelly Osbourne at Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. After partying hard, and singing along to all of her favorite birthday club jams, including "In Da Club" by 50 cent, she was presented with what seemed to have been her favorite present of the night-a Bob Marley birthday cake. She took to the mike, and seemed to have no will to dismiss smoking rumors, which looked to have gone lingering into the air. But then again, who could she blame? After all, who could forget the "bong" video that surfaced just last year at her 18th birthday.  Instead she commented, "This is amazing. You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much fucking weed!" I don't know about anyone else, but that sounds like a confession to me. And a proud one at that.  A rep spoke in her defense Monday "This is so ridiculous. The cake was a joke, and Miley was being sarcastic". Kelly Osbourne also ran to her friend's defense via twitter, tweeting "Let me make something very clear, after @mileycyrus Salvia we started calling her Bob Marley as a JOKE! The cake was also a JOKE! It makes me sick that @mileycyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people to believe 2 believe she is someone she is not!" As if she hadn't quite gotten her point across, Osbourne went back for more, later tweeting " U guys, if @mileycyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possibly do all that if she was a stoner!" Not one to judge but Osbourne sounded as if she was a little high on something herself when she tweeted that. Kelly, in case you didn't know, proof-reading is still cool, even if it is just a tweet. All in all, it looks like Miley has a serious problem with "Birthdays" and "Videos". The two just don't seem to mix in her favor. Little piece of advice Miley. Keep it private. You'll save yourself a hell of a lot of trouble. Posted by @tiffan700.

Trend: Live It Up!!  BOLD Colors are in!!

For years, we’ve all been ‘told’ that Neutral colors are great for the colder seasons, but this year, Bright, Bold colors are what’s hot! Reds, Oranges, Blues and Purples are awesome choices for
Winter 2011! If you’re not feeling this daring palette switch, try using bright accessories instead. Try pairing a neutral toned outfit with a bright, Pink scarf as a nice touch of spice!! Or even be a little more drastic…Leopard Print dress, with a bad ass Cherry Red Handbag and matching Heels!

Trend: Can You Feel It? Try Textures!

Mix up your fabrics this Winter!  Try pairing Silk with Leather, or Satin and Fur. (#harmnoanimals) Contrasting fabrics make for a unique look.

Trend: Show Stopper! Pick Prints!

Incorporating prints into your wardrobe this season, will definitely make a statement! Stripes, Plaid, Polka Dots, Floral…the possibilities are endless! Look Idea: Navy Blue Pencil dress with Plaid Tights for some Leg Flair!

Trend: Girlish Ways! Pleats & Such…

My last and favorite trends for Winter 2011, are Pleats and Ruffles! Femininity is something that needs to be showcased when you’re stepping out. Pleats and Ruffles are a way to give outfits a more ‘girly’ and romantic look! #innocent   I absolutely love the idea of a solid colored blouse, with an above-the-knee pleated skirt, and a knee-high boot! Ooooh Weee!!

If you want to be In Style this season, try on these trends for size!

Last night marked the 16th annual Victoria Secret Fashion Show! I'm sure there were more than enough viewers to have
stated their opinion. With performers by Kanye West, Jay-Z, Maroon 5, and last but not least, Nicki Minaj. What did people think of her outfit, let alone her performance!

Boston Celtics, point guard Rajon Rondo, has spent his entire five year NBA career with the team, averaging about 10.7 points, 7.6 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game in that period. Though it has not been confirmed yet, it looks like he's a free agent, and may be traded soon!!!
